2 out of every 5 women in advertising are mothers. So why are companies not looking for better ways to raise them up, encourage their growth, and hold on to their experience and insights? Our mission is to offer support to mothers in marketing and advertising, and educate companies on ways in which they can truly be supportive of parents in the industry. We draw on personal insights and experiences to provide companies with clear tools and strategies they can implement to attract and retain talent, both mothers and fathers.
