A nonprofit real estate organization created in 2020, Rally Austin occupies a unique space in community development. Where others work for profit, we work for purpose, stewarding public and private real estate assets to take on development projects with tangible community benefits, supporting the people at the heart of Austin’s identity, thriving business landscape and vibrant culture. The projects we select prioritize affordability, equity and cultural identity for both Austin as a whole and individual communities. Together with our partners and stakeholders, we are committed to closing the racial and economic wealth gap by centering historically marginalized communities in our work, holding our collaborators and ourselves accountable to build an equitable, inclusive and culturally resilient Austin where we can all live, work and prosper.
