For those that mourn the loss of higher fashion and delight in opera classical and Jazz. We applaud those that dress up a little to go out and offer a covered balcony area for those that find joy in hand rolled cigars. If you enjoy experiencing whiskies from ghosted distilleries, whiskies no longer in production, independent bottlers, old and rare bottlings, all in a small and intimate setting, you will genuinely appreciate our bar. And if whisky is not your tipple, enjoy our stirred cocktails, fine wine and premium champagne. Tucked away in the laneway of Gilbert Place, surrounded by heritage buildings like Edmund Wright House, take a winding staircase above Hains & Co, where you will find yourself in an intimate, dimly lit space inspired by the era of Art Deco and Art Nouveau. Take the door to a private balcony, the perfect setting for a whisky and cigar, or settle yourself into the banquet seating and soak in the surrounds of beautiful whisky. Ralph Louis Frederick is accessible via invitation only and to Established Patrons. Once part of the family, you have exclusive access to our fine whisky bar which comes with certain privileges and etiquette to match. Open Tuesday to Saturday 5pm until late.
