I believe that compelling copy comes from thoroughly understanding your audience. So, in order to speak to your audience's needs clearly and considerately, I craft copy from a place of empathy and curiosity. My writing career started over a decade ago as a lyricist in an award-winning folk trio. As I played creatively in this world of melodies and poems I also grounded my writing professionally as a journalist for a regional newspaper. These two identities, artist and journalist, shaped me into the storyteller I am today.
