Founded in January 2012 as the real estate arm of Rambleside Holdings LLC, Rambleside Real Estate is a New York City-based entrepreneurial real estate investment company. While the Company’s core portfolio consists of direct ownership of more than 1,000 rental apartment units, it is also active in other business lines including: development, lending, and special situations investing. With a flexible mandate to own and invest in any type of real estate business or property, Rambleside has executed over $500 million of property and capital markets transactions since its inception.
