At Ramen Samurai we're serious about great Japanese food. We offer over ten different flavours of ramen to choose from and our noodles are made fresh from scratch every day using traditional Japanese cooking methods. We let our broth simmer for over ten hours, ensuring that even the most subtle ingredients shine through. You can select from meats like chargrilled chicken and cha-shu (pork belly) to add to your food, or opt for some tasty vegetarian add-ins including black fungus, seaweed, tempura vegetables and corn.
