Rangiri Holdings; cluster of entities, is concept of Mr. Nihal Pathirage. He hails from a family of a Police officer and a Teacher, as the 4th of five siblings. The efforts taken by parents to educate them in leading schools like Devi Balika, Ananda and Nalanda have been fruitful today as they all are highly disciplined professionals and Nihal has been a different persona in this family. his Leadership and team spirit were obvious even during schooling, his entrepreneurial involvement in many social activities in organizations and sports arena was noticeable. He develops a vision of his own based on humanism and affection towards his communities regardless of divisions but within the appreciable diversity. He has been striving to bring an ideological change that started from the school days, for a society having stability in socioeconomic and education backing the national needs yet with a generation with loving kindness. Nihal started his career as a management trainee in a leading construction company and then proceed to many multi-national companies growing with them in marketing, having exposure to many countries during his tenures. He always believed that Sri Lanka possesses a wealth of human resources & wonderful talents that needed tapping by giving them training, systematic know how and opportunities not through political filters. His entrepreneurial achievements in his host of businesses and earning continuous experiential learning, have made him a robust & steadfastness man, who pursue his vision. He simultaneously run 18 entities during the span of the last 15 years. He started Stretchtec (Pvt) Ltd, in a small way, and it was built up all the way to the apex of Rangiri Holdings. The human resources, Operational standards, inspiring workers. towards innovations and all concepts are inclusively managed within the company culture
