Rap Therapy is a series of workshops which uses rap as a tool to teach young people how to positively express themselves and become more creative. The workshops help improve communication between young people and influence positive ways of expression improving their mental health. The workshops also equip young people with transferable skills, which they can use on a day to day basis. Rap Therapy aims to partner with Schools, Youth Clubs and any other relevant institutes.
