Rapelli has been a symbol of Ticino’s Salumeria-culture since 1929. Mario Rapelli, our first Mastro Salumiere, started his business - La Bottega di Mario Rapelli - on 6 April 1929 in the centre of Stabio, in Ticino. He mastered the art of charcuterie like no other and created, with particular care, typical products using the best local ingredients.
Today, the culture of the Bottega is still the strongest value in the company. Thanks to the love for the art of charcuterie inherited from Mario and Silvio, our Mastri Salumieri create our specialities following the teachings, values and recipes handed down from generation to generation. Products that are the upshot of their expertise and passion. A skill which is the real secret of Rapelli products, a guarantee of quality and inimitable flavour.
Rapelli is an ambassador of Ticino throughout the country, present on the market with products under the "Rapelli" brand, the number one delicatessen brand in Switzerland, and with those of the regional "Ticinella" line, a selection of specialities strongly rooted in our district.
