Rapid Plas is a family owned and operated business which was established in 1990. Originally trading from a farm near Tamworth as Rapid Stock Equipment, the family now operates 3 separate businesses in NSW: Rapid Plas, Rapid Spray and Arrow Farmquip. With a background in farming, we know and understand the fundamental issues and opportunities of the farming industry today and are dedicated to providing optimum products and ultimate customer service to meet these needs.
Our factory is located in Tamworth NSW, approximately halfway between Sydney and Brisbane, and employs over 60 local staff. The majority of our products are manufactured on site, with an emphasis on supporting and promoting Australian jobs and products.
As one of the longest established rotational moulding family businesses owned and operated in Australia, Rapid Plas has a wealth of experience in the poly product industry. We design and manufacture an extensive range of quality agricultural, commercial and residential poly products including rainwater tanks, cone bottom tanks, molasses and fertiliser storage tanks, livestock feeding and watering solutions. Our polyethylene is processed and ground in-house under controlled conditions and is made to AS/NZS 4766. We use virgin, food grade polyethylene resin which has been developed and made in Australia to meet the extremes of Australia's challenging climatic conditions - including the effects of UV radiation.
