Rapid Improvement was founded in 2007 being a successful Framework provider under the pan-London NHS CHC domiciliary care AQP contract 2015-2018. Currently, we are catering Merton, Sutton, Croydon, Kingston, and Wandsworth areas. We have recently opened a new office in High Street Kensington and has been informed by the NHS London purchased healthcare team to contact Camden CCG continuing care team for care packages. Rapid improvement care agency provides domiciliary care, supply Nurses, Qualified Social workers, Home & Residential Carers and Clinical Support Workers to the NHS and Wider Public Sector. Also, providing Support to service users so that they can live independently in their own homes. We are well-known to respond to the needs of our clients on a 24-hour basis. Our clients are those who, because of increasing age or disability, may find it difficult to cope with their day to day needs.
