Rapsa London

Rapsa is a group of Filipino-Fusion restaurants and a Pop-Up Brand comprising of 4 permanent sites across London and Margate. The menu is the brainchild of Mediterranean-trained Pinoy chef Francis Puyat, formerly of NOPI, Yotam Ottolenghi’s West-End masterpiece. After the huge success of our Kinilaw & Buko popup in 2018 as an extension of 100 Hoxton, the kinilaw section got a seat on our main menu and the Mediterranean flavours of our a la carte menu received a Pinoy Twist, with a new name. 100 Hoxton was reborn as Rapsa@100 Hoxton. Rapsa has since expanded into bringing you Rapsa@Play Archway, a pulutan bar and karaoke space and offers Sugarlandia Tiki Bar & Party Room, built in collaboration with Don Papa. The Rapsa brand has expanded into two new family restaurants, The Rambling Pig in Surrey and Tins & Fins in Margate. Chef has brought a little bit of home to London with delicious menus inspired by the flavours of his homeland in the Philippines that he has brought into spaces that celebrates just that. For Rapsa, Francis has set out to create an innovative but accessible menu, designed with a modern twist that makes it perfect for newcomers to try and grow to love the beauty and taste of the best Filipino restaurant in London- mouth-watering in its simplicity and heart warming in its authenticity.
