Raptor Shield

Wow just WOW! Best customer service I have experienced in I can’t tell you when. Michael went above and beyond! A little backstory… I ordered a small Raptor Shield off Amazon for my chihuahua back in March after measuring her. After ordering I ended up being away from home for almost 2 months looking after my dad. When I returned home I put it on her and it was a little big. I tried to make it work because I was afraid the Xsmall wouldn’t be big enough. When I purchased I also thought it would have a leash attachment but it did not. Two weeks ago not long after having my dog outside I saw a red tail hawk at the end of my driveway maybe 100 feet away. I just had my dog outside without her vest, again because it seemed too big at the back and just didn’t strap right for her body structure (4.5lbs). I decided to look at my return window on Amazon and it had expired so I called Raptor Shield as they had commented on a previous post that they now offered harness versions with leash attachments. I figured I would call and get further information but would be stuck with the one I already had and just have to buy another one. Nope…. Michael offered to send me the new harnesses style with leash attached in a XSmall and Small for me to try. They provided me a return envelope so I could return the two I can’t use. I love the Harness style with leash attachment, and I can tell my princess feels more comfortable in it too! Thank you again for the wonderful customer service and going above and beyond. We are one happy mom and doggie and feel so much safer now with having hawks around my property. Thanks again! I’ll definitely be referring you guys.
