WHO WE ARE Rarefied Academy is a Coaching / Mentorship and Capacity Development Academy with the vision of “Raising 21st Century leaders who will be noble and competent; possessing all the necessary skills and qualities not only to win but also helping others win in life and business.” WHAT WE DO For the past 6 years in Partnership with professionals from different sectors both locally and internationally we have been delivering value in the following ways: MENTORSHIP / COACHING in: * Personal / Mindset Development * Life and Business Success Skills * Leadership Development WE EDUCATE/ RAISE AWARENESS : About Web 3 as well as give exposure on the vast work, business and income generation opportunities within the Web 3 space. WE BUILD CAPACITY: In collaboration with Professionals from various fields we equip individuals with contemporary skills necessary for entrepreneurship, employability and relevance to humanity via our Training projects: 1. The PEarL Youth Campaign: For young people ages 16+ who desire to learn contemporary digital and vocational skills to generate income working as freelancers or internationally at remote / on-site jobs. 2. The Professionals Upgrade: to upskill professionals for competence and efficiency for maximum productivity in the workplace both on-site and remotely. 3. PEarL Kids Campaign: equipping children with contemporary and future skills for societal and economic relevance. WE PROVIDE INCOME GENERATION OPPORTUNITIES: Through our training affiliate programmes powered by Blockchain Technology (on the Metaforce Classic Programme on the Polygon Blockchain) we give clients the unique opportunity to partner with us and generate income in a Decentralised way that is transparent while delivering value through capacity development. SO FAR We have Coached, Mentored and Trained over 10,000 individuals and over 30 corporate and non-corporate organizations across the globe to remain relevant in their various fields.
