After 18 years working for some of the largest media agencies in New Zealand, Rascal’s founder, Rachel Leyland, saw a frustration from small-mid sized clients wanting better service from their media agency - one that provided a more experienced person at the helm, with a more tailored approach to their business. So, in the midst of a pandemic, a little rascal was born to deliver just that.
