Rateshare was founded in 2010 by owner and CEO, Anders Kastberg. Anders had worked in different freight forwarder companies in Europe and strongly felt there was a better, and easier, way to handle Freight Rate Management.
The journey began with Anders developing a solution with one of the industry-leading companies to centralize their freight rate management. Since then, our solutions have been refined and now consists of a system core with a number of customizable add-ons for Freight Rate Management.
The Rateshare solutions automate many of the processes and workflows related to searching and quoting rates. Implementing RATESHARE means less time is spent on time-consuming administrative tasks, and more time can be spent on tactical decisions and winning more freight.
The solutions are able to connect with other systems (such as TMS solutions) via a Rate API, making key processes related to customer web booking, freight auditing and customer invoicing etc. much more effective through automation.
Today our customers include industry leaders, and our solutions are easing the everyday life of thousands of users. And our first customer is still with us.
