Ratio Decidendi- The Legal Studies Society of DPS Dwarka

Thanks to the clemency of our honorable school DPS Dwarka we were given an opportunity to establish Ratio Decidendi- the Legal Studies society of the school. It is helpful for those who want to pursue law as a career and to everyone else who wishes to be aware of the basic legal knowledge which can help one in life. The aim of ratio decedendi is to spread the importance of legal knowledge with the students by organising various workshops and competitions like moot courts and ADR- (Arbitration and Mediation). Our objective is to aid our members in academics as well as extra curriculars like researching on latest legal reforms, analysing the landmark judgements and conducting debates and discussions together like a team.
