Ravenswood Family Health Network’s (RFHN) mission is to improve the health status of the community we serve by providing high-quality, culturally competent primary and preventive health care to people of all ages regardless of ability to pay. RFHN is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) and provides services to under-served low-income individuals and families residing in East Palo Alto, Belle Haven in East Menlo Park and North Fair Oaks in Redwood City.
