Raw AD Limited is a company with company registration number 07789355 registered in the United Kingdom in 2011. Raw AD is in a joint adventure with Clean Gen. Together the two companies are focusing on the developing, constructions and the operating of Anaerobic Digester's (AD) plants in the UK. Raw AD is responsible for setting up and concluding all the commercial aspects, organizing the financing and finalization of the contracts with third parties (including the EPC contractor). , whereas Mark Felshaw, on behalf of Clean Gen, is responsible for the development of the technical concept of the project, the organizing of the substrates and the operation of the plant. He is also in direct contact with the planners to provide all the information necessary for the permitting phase. The joint venture is offering to potential project developers the possibility to integrate in their projects a unique patented technology which has been developed by an Italian technology provider, Austep, enabling the project developer to use 100% of chicken manure in projects (instead of up to 30%). RawAD's vision is to: -- Help farmers to turn the problem of bio-waste like animal slurry into a regular income stream that increases every year from the sale of electricity and organic fertiliser the ADs generate; -- Create a low-risk investment opportunity that yields a guaranteed annual return of at least 10% per annum for investors; -- Offer a profitable business opportunity to our partners and Raw AD itself; -- Create a highly desirable solution that reduces greenhouse gas emissions and creates wealth for society as a whole.
