Ray Pharma is a generic pharma manufacturer based in Pakistan. We went into production in June 2009 and have successfully launched our first 6 products into the local market: RAYLOX (Levofloxacin); RAYPRAZOLE (Esomeprazole); RAYPRIDE (Glimepiride); RAYTOR (Atorvastatin); RAYPLAT (Clopidogrel) and RAYCOBAL (Mecobalamin) in both injection and tablet form. Next six products are ready to be launched in July 2010. They are RAYAZ (Azithromycin), RAYMOX (Moxifloxacin), RAYAIR (Montelukast), RAYPENTIN (Gabapentin), RAYMAL (Artemether), RAYART (Artemether/Lumefantrin), RAYSARTAN (Candesartan).
We have 21 molecules already approved by the Ministry of Health and 11 more are under registration by MOH. We plan to roll them out in phases. We are also tolling for clients and are in the process of acquiring product bundles from existing Pharma companies with a view to grow our business.
The manufacturing facility is cGMP compliant & built on 1.5 acres of land. Besides tablets & capsules, is also equipped to produce sterile products. Production area is flush through with 12-15 air changes per hour and our sterile area is classified as Class 100.
