Precision Engineering Raycom manufactures & supplies precision engineered [metal] products to major oil field companies through state-of-the-art CNC machines. We manufacture components such as X- overs, X -over Bodies, Collars, Body hangers, Body packers, Manifold Blocks, etc. to name a few, from a range of alloys. Seals Manufacturing & Trading Raycom has developed sealing technology for the most demanding down-hole applications. Our in-house design & development facility enhances our ability to customize sealing profiles and sealing materials in accordance with the customer’s requirements. Our production facility enables us to manufacture all kind of Seals (O rings, V - Packings, T Seals, Backup Rings, Lip Seals, Stuffing Box Packings, Slick line and Wireline packings, Hammer Union Seals, Wireline Tools and all other kind of rubber products for the oil field. Using CNC Seal making machines, the manufacture of these sealing products is done using semi-finished elastomers or engineering plastics from an array of raw materials and special compounds to suit all the industries’ needs.
