Rayn Mining Limited was formed in 2002 and currently holds a copper mining concession in the North-Western province, Zambia. The company is wholly owned and controlled by a small group of individual shareholders from Zambia ever since its incorporation. They combine investment know-how, local experience and a good understanding of the social political values in Zambia.
