Razor Machine LLC is a machine shop located in Plymouth Wisconsin on Hwy 57; this is a very convenient location and easily accessible. We have an extensive amount of experience in machining and tool and die, over 35 years to be exact, and we are always ready and willing to take on new challenges. Our machine shop is equipped with 11 CNC mills (9 vertical mills and 2 horizontal mills with pallet changers) with up to 30" X 60" of travel and through spindle coolant, we have 8 CNC lathes that have up to 15" chuck capacity with many of which having bar feeders, we have a Doosan 220 LSY that has live tooling in x, y, z, and sub spindle, and lastly we have a Swiss Lathe with 26 mm capacity with a 12 foot bar feeder. Additionally, we have SolidWorks and Mastercam design capabilities and CMM tools to ensure quality is delivered. The tools that we have in place allow for us to take on a wide range of opportunities and we are ready and willing to take on an order of any quantity.
