Fernando Barrios, the son of our founder, is the second-generation owner and proudly leads RBM as its president and chief executive officer. Since Fernando has taken over in 2018, he grew the company by 30% and pioneered RBM’s C.A.R.E.S philosophy. We encourage them to do more of what they are doing well and train them to improve when necessary. We schedule recurring supervision visits every two weeks which makes us a unique partner.
