At RCCHC, we provide complete preventive and
primary health care services for the entire family. Our
mission is to provide patient-centered, high quality,
compassionate health care responsive to the diverse
needs of the people we serve.
As a community health center, we make health care
affordable and accessible for the residents of
Hertford, Bertie, Gates, Northampton and
Washington counties. With five primary care
locations–including pediatric, and two in-house
pharmacy locations -we are committed to providing
the best health care in the region.
At RCCHC, we believe all people should have ready
access to the full range of quality primary, preventive,
enabling and supplemental medical health care services,
including pediatrics, dental care, mental health care and
substance abuse services, either directly on-site or
through established arrangements, regardless of ability
to pay. Care is provided in a medical home setting.
Roanoke Chowan Community Health Center is one of
many Federally Qualified Health Centers across the
country. That means we offer comprehensive primary care
services to all persons, regardless of the person’s ability
to pay. Additionally we offer a sliding fee discount
program for those who do not have health insurance.
