RCI - Residential Capital Investment

RCI Platform Australia Limited is a Melbourne based Fintech Company which has spent over ten years designing, developing and extensively modelling the progressive HIR®Program architecture and cloud based digital platform on which the HIR®Program and its associated residential securities can be processed, transacted and managed end to end. The platform provides seamless access to key stakeholders including a Responsible Entity and Trustee of a registered Managed Investment Fund that will legally manage the RCI Platform business model. Trustee Partners who are ASIC licensed Financial Advisers will be contracted to manage the interest free capital released in the HIR®Program on behalf of a client over the term of each program. A simple subscription model will enable Trustee Partners to opt in or out at any time depending on customer demand from each Trustee Partner.
