As Director of Employee Benefits @ the RCSD, I am responsible for the administration of the group health, dental, life and FSA benefits for 6,400 active employees and 6,000 retirees. In addition, I manage the self-funded workers' compensation program through a TPA, an Employees Assistance Plan and self-administered short term and long term disability benefits. I also serve as the District's contact for employee ADA requests.
