The Regional Center for Workforce Excellence (RCWE) serves as a direct staff and fiscal agent to the NW Workforce Investment Board (WIB). Our mission is to connect people with jobs through collaborative workforce development efforts and strong partnerships with economic development, business, education, and government sectors in the NW PA region. The RCWE has responsibility for administration and fiscal oversight for workforce development funding, as well as collaboration with PA CareerLinks, contractors, sub-grantees, and Industry Partnerships.
