I am an anti-diet, body-inclusive nutrition professional working in private practice. I help clients work towards their goals without restrictive eating patterns or a focus on body weight or shape, in ways that cultivate both physical and emotional health. Challenges with food and body are naturally intertwined, and I work alongside clients to overcome obstacles encountered in both areas. I invite clients to explore how eating patterns and beliefs might be detracting from other areas of their life and empower them to incorporate nutrition in a way that feels intuitive and sustainable in order to live a full, meaningful life.
