Riding for the Disabled Association of South Australia (RDASA) is a volunteer-driven, nonprofit organization dedicated to providing inclusive and safe horse-related activities for individuals with disabilities, ranging from recreation and sport to therapeutic purposes. Serving participants aged 3 to 85 across 9 locations in metropolitan and regional South Australia, RDASA offers a variety of equine programs for both pleasure and competition. As part of the global Riding for the Disabled (RDA) movement, RDASA is affiliated with the Federation of Horses in Education and Therapy International (HETI) through our membership with our national body, Riding for the Disabled Association of Australia Ltd. (RDAA). Established in South Australia in 1972, RDASA has been committed to enhancing the lives of people with disabilities through the unique bond with horses for more than 50 years.
