ABOUT US For more than 25 years, Ron – a New Zealand resident Dutchman- has extensively travelled and lived around the world, professionally active as executive in the biotech industry (food, bio-fuel, pharmaceuticals), in multi-nationals like Gist-brocades, DSM and DSM Sinochem Pharmaceuticals. His expertise covers a broad range of disciplines, geographies and cultures. Since 2005, Ron has lived primarily in Asia- Pacific Ron has experienced hands-on the increasing drive of “Western” companies and organizations to expand towards/in Asia-Pacific and vice versa, with often the struggle to merge/align values and principles across different ways of working and belief systems. Ron brings people together and helps them bridge differences. He has experience running a growing and changing global company, as well as global teams with various locally different cultures. He possesses a blend of strategic awareness, tactical/cultural intelligence and common-sense execution.
