Re-Evolve Psychotherapy

Re-Evolve Psychotherapy offers counselling and psychotherapy services with a Trauma-Informed approach. We are Queer-affirmative and work from an Intersectional Feminist lens. On Re-Evolve: As we go through the span of our lives, we evolve on the basis of what we learn, how we're nurtured, what our peers and family mean to us, the difficult times and adversities we face, and a lot more. We are constantly evolving as beings. Re-Evolve is named after an ability to evolve newly, taking from our strongest points, un-learning what doesn't help us, and those around us, and re-learning what does. It gives one the opportunity to access life more authentically. I offer counselling and psychotherapy services on the same principles. It takes into consideration individual strengths and weaknesses, curated due to society, conditioning, privilege and accessibility, to help one navigate life. Look out for psycho-educative content in this space but please know social-media is no therapy! Looking forward to so much!
