Re-Fresh Coaching was founded to help people become even betterer ( yep better !) versions of themselves. Business is made up of indivuals, yes even so-called fully automated and AI industries and companies need us humans to build and fix things. Modern work, rest and play are getting faster and busier and despite many things getting smarter, us humans are getting busier and actually getting less and less done. Most of the time, our thinking is stopping us achieving our best potential and in many cases actually making us ill. Or, we have reached a point in our lives, where we feel stuck or lost of helpless to external events, affecting our performance at work or at home.
