In 2024 we achieved our third Michelin star , confirming our place at the pinnacle of fine dining. We have also earned distinctions beyond Michelin – for example, our peers have voted RE-NAA the “best restaurant in the Nordic countries” , reflecting our international reputation (the Nordic Prize for the best restaurant). These awards underscore our commitment to culinary excellence, but our most cherished reward is our guests’ delight and loyalty. Our commitment to local sourcing and creative flavor discovery sets our cuisine apart. RE-NAA operates on a 100% local sourcing policy: we build our menu entirely from the bounty of Rogaland.
A dedicated team of foragers and farmers gathers wild herbs, berries, mushrooms, and seaweeds, and we work closely with local fishermen and growers. In fact, RE-NAA “stands out for its commitment to local ingredients sourced from Rogaland’s seas, fjords, forests, and mountains” . This focus on regional produce means we serve the freshest, most transparent flavors possible.
