Reading Community Energy Society, established in 2015, is a not-for-profit society bringing community-funded solar panels to the roofs of buildings in and near Reading.
Any profits we make are ring-fenced in a community fund to provide grant funding to wider sustainability initiatives in the area.
Our goals are to reduce local greenhouse gas emissions, improve energy security and help foster sustainable development locally.
