The Reading & Writing Project at Mossflower

The Reading & Writing Project at Mossflower, led by world-renowned educator Lucy Calkins, helps schools globally implement Units of Study and other research-based curriculum. The Project provides a variety of professional development services tailored to school and district needs. Each month, the Project holds Leadership Conferences that support school leaders in implementing literacy curriculum. We also develop resources for teachers, as well as several lines of books to support children as they progress through early stages of phonics development. Our Daypack Decodables series is designed as an especially inexpensive offering and is available through our website, Mossflower.com. We also offer summer institutes events (remote and in-person), as well as weekly "Supper Clubs" with thought leaders in education.
