Ready Set GC

Ready Set GC was founded in 2019 by Deborah Solmor to impact the success of women who are new to the general counsel role. Ready Set GC brings together small groups of women who are in their foundational years as a general counsel with experienced and established GCs to create networks and to share a day of focused programming designed to empower and educate women about the nuances and keys to success.
