Ready4Home CIC

At Ready4Home, we collaborate closely with local authorities to deliver accommodation and support services to individuals across Greater Manchester and Lancashire who are experiencing, or are at risk of, homelessness. Our mission is to help people regain stability, rebuild confidence, and transition into independent living. We primarily support single adults aged 18 and over, offering personalised support plans within a safe and nurturing environment. Our services are designed to address the root causes of housing instability, equipping clients with the skills and resilience needed to thrive independently. Our accommodation includes a mix of shared-living spaces and self-contained units, strategically located throughout the region to ensure accessibility and promote community integration.
