READY is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to increasing access to high-performing, quality schools for Rochester’s K-12 students. Guided by a community-driven vision, READY exists to transform Rochester's education landscape by launching and supporting schools that parents, students, educators, and business leaders want, cultivating highly effective talent, and promoting policy conditions needed for quality schools to thrive. By 2034, READY aims to triple the number of students in quality schools, increasing from 3,000 to 10,000.
