Real Asset Partners is an award-winning capital advisory boutique dedicated to unlisted real estate. The firm was founded in 2013 in London and opened its Dubai office in 2019. We advise investment managers and operating partners on the introduction to new capital partners for real estate investments through funds, strategic managed accounts, club deals, as well as programmatic and non-programmatic joint ventures. We offer a unique boutique approach where senior management is intensely dedicated to the success of our clients, which means that we can only work with a small select number of dedicated managers at any given time.
