About Research Explanation and Application Laboratory

Automatic control is an amazingly powerful tool and a most attractive field of research but sometimes hard to explain. Making control systems research results tangible is key to unleashing its full potential. That is why we have started REAL. At REAL, Master and PhD students make control theory tangible and work on projects that explore new, exciting applications for the cutting edge developments in control theory. REAL is an initiative of the NCCR Automation, funded by the Swiss National Science Foundation (SNSF).
