Meaningful Change

I founded Meaningful Change with the mission to empower people to transform their lives and organisations by implementing meaningful change. I firmly believe that by building people’s change skills, we can increase our capacity for positive change, and we can transform a million realities. Meaningful Change is working to achieve this vision by providing quality, accessible, and cost-effective training and coaching in change. The first set of training will focus on Fundamental Change Management skills for aspiring Change Managers. The second set will be role-based Change Leadership training designed to set new change managers up for success. Our first course is published, and it is already reaching a global audience. This is a huge step forward and there are many more to come! It’s still early days but I am looking forward to sharing the insights from my 20+ years of change management experience with a wider audience.
