RPM was formed to provide professional expertise in technical and management services for the construction and property development industry. Our consultancy services range from micro advisory roles to full-fledged project management teams with integrated site staff. A standard building project can be broken down into the following phases: Pre-Concept and/or Feasibility Concept Design Schematic Design Detailed Design Construction Documents Construction Phase Testing & Commissioning Building Completion and Handover to Client and/or Owners Close-out of Construction Contracts RPM can provide consultation and management services in any of these phases. Our Preference is to be involved as direct as possible at concept of pre-concept stage, but we can add value when introduced at any stage of the development. We provide a unitized systematic procedure in managing a project, combined with consistent and persistent value engineering applications on all stages. The critical value comes from the Leaders we provide with vast global experience and local knowledge and sensitivity.
