The review of European Administrative Law is an international peer-reviewed journal on European and comparative administrative law. REALaw is a leading platform for original scholarly debate on different aspects of European and comparative administrative law, publishing on traditional questions of legal interest in the field, the impact of EU law on national administrative law, the interaction between EU and national institutions, and fundamental rights among others.
We aim to provide a forum for high-quality interdisciplinary academic engagement on a broad range of issues at the intersection of law and public policy in Europe. Additionally, through our REALaw.blog, we seek to create an accessible platform for scholarly debates and discussions on topical issues.
