Real Choices offers free medical-grade pregnancy tests, pregnancy options consultations, limited ultrasounds, abortion recovery programs, parenting classes, fatherhood support, miscarriage and adoption support, free material support (maternity clothes, new baby baskets), and connection to other community resources (housing, recovery programs, food, clothes, counseling and more!). ALL services are FREE! We believe the best choice for your pregnancy is an informed choice. We are a non-profit organization committed to providing you with everything you need to decide what your next step is with your pregnancy - whether you are considering parenting, abortion or adoption. We believe that women and men have the right to get accurate information from a source that WILL NOT profit from any choices that are made.
