Launched May 2025, FLOWSTATE is a parody LinkedIn newsletter told through the eyes of a veteran industrial water operator who’s spent three decades keeping the pumps turning and the rookies from walking into the clarifier. Now he’s surrounded by a new generation…smart, idealistic, and occasionally confused by the phrase “chemical containment breach.” Grady doesn’t mock them. He trains them, tolerates them, and sometimes quietly marvels at how they’re still here after week one.
