Founded in 2000, Realform is a manufacturer of cold cured flexible and rigid polyurethane foam components. Our expertise lies in developing solutions for difficult to mold parts, over-molding wood, metal, plastic and structural rigid foam inserts as well as rapid prototyping and low run high precision products. We pride ourselves on assisting our customers in the development of innovative solutions utilizing polyurethane foams which create added value, reduce manufacturing costs, and maintain the design intent and functionality.
