DeliveryTasker is a mobile app platform with over 20,000 independent delivery contractors across Australia. We help restaurants hire delivery contractors for 2 ~ 8 hours shifts, on-demand or same-day basis. By using on-demand hourly-hiring of delivery contractors to deliver exclusively for their own restaurants (only), restaurants can reduce their commissions on major food apps (Ubereats, Menulog and Doordash) by over 50% and improve customer satisfication with better delivery service.
DeliveryTasker uses a real time quotation system where delivery contractors quote their hourly rates (plus delivery fees) for 2 ~ 8 hour shifts posted by restaurants. Shifts are generally filled on-demand, between 30 minutes and 48 hours prior to commencement.
Platform integrity is managed by implementing incentives, ratings and penalties to encourage positive experience for all parties.
