ReAlign Insurance Holdings, Inc. (“RIH”) was formed by ReAlign Capital Strategies, LLC in partnership with Align Financial Holdings, LLC and private investors in January 2020 for the purpose of creating a leading domestic specialty property & casualty program underwriter.
RIH acquired two “A” rated admitted insurance companies, National Summit Insurance Company f/k/a National Lloyds Insurance Company and American Summit Insurance Company in 2020 with the vision to sensibly diversify the products written and expand the business geographically through the addition of proven profitable portfolios of specialty program business managed by successful program administrators.
Since 1948, National Summit Insurance Company and American Summit Insurance Company have been working to make life easier for people just like you. Headquartered in Dallas, Texas, we work with a dedicated network of more than 4,200 agents and have licenses in over 30 states to provide you access to homeowners insurance, fire and flood protection, insurance for manufactured homes, on an admitted and non-admitted basis. We continue to develop our coverage offerings and look forward to growing with you.
RIH is pleased to announce the newest addition to our specialty insurance platform, Summit Specialty Insurance Company, a newly formed surplus lines carrier which will allow us to provide you with an even stronger and broadly diversified portfolio of insurance coverage.
