My role is to help people and teams to see their strengths and risks by holding a metaphorical mirror to help them see what might be working well for them and where to focus attention on development and change. As a qualified coach I use tools such as 360° feedback and a range of psychometrics to help people see how their preferences, behaviours and actions impact on their work and others. This gives a powerful platform of realisation of what is working and what is not. I have a reputation for delivering tough messages in a kind and accessible fashion to maximise acceptance and change. As a facilitator I build structured, engaging and fun sessions, based in reality to take teams from 3 to 300 through a journey from discovery and realisation to meaningful solutions owned by the group. Successful sessions have included developing team alignment, real time strategic change and collaboration. As a trainer I deliver purpose built or off the shelf leadership development learning to all levels of organisations, helping early in career high potential to rapidly accelerate their leadership to executives who need to drive change in their business faster.
